UPS Ground shipping guide from Dynalab Corp in Rochester, NY

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

 

A. All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant (Rochester, NY). All orders are shipped via UPS or Common Carrier for very large orders. All in stock orders ship via UPS Ground on the following business day unless expedited services are requested.

Please refer to the UPS map at left to determine shipping times from Rochester, NY.

Should the item you order not be in stock we will notify you of backorder with option to cancel your order with a full refund. We will also notify you of an approximate back order shipping date to give you full disclosure in making this decision.

Custom fabricated products run approximately 4 to 6 weeks from actual order date. All custom fabrication quotations include a lead time.

Q. What are Dynalab's payment terms, and Minimum Order?

A.  Dynalab accepts major Credit Cards, Visa, Master Card, or AMEX. You can set up an account with Dynalab by downloading the Credit Application. Please fax it to our Dynalab at 585-334-0241. Upon approval you will be assigned a customer number and given a credit limit and further terms.

Q. Can I establish Dynalab credit terms?

A. Yes, established D&B rated firms purchasing over $5,000, in any given year may apply for terms by supplying 3 references and your bank information. This process takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on how quickly your references respond. A request doesn't guarantee approval. The form can be downloaded from our registration screen.

Q. What is Dynalab's minimum for getting bottles silk screened or labeled?

A. 5,000 Bottles is our Minimum for Silk Screening*
B. 2,500 Bottles is our Minimum for Labeling*
* We can print small quantities but the increase in price will be reflected in the quote.

Q. I'm a large user, can I get additional discounts from Dynalab?

A. Discounts are available on large volumes to OEM's and large volume end users. Please E-mail us your quotation request from the Forms section under the Technical Information tab. We would be happy to customize a quote for you.
